Hi! I’m just wondering if any one filled this out for their child and how you filled in the “about you” part referring to my child. He’s 4, autistic and doesn’t understand the questions or respond to them really and I just don’t know what to write? I don’t want to ruin our chances of funding as it’s crucial he gets into a special needs school as mainstream is not working at all 😓
