Baby measuring ahead?

Hi everyone! I had my first ultrasound today and I measured 11w2d. According to my Dr I'm supposed to be 10 weeks exactly today. Has this happened to anyone else? Did your Dr change your due date or leave it at the original date? Just curious if I'm actually closer to the second trimester than I initially thought!

My first measured ahead from the start. Ended up being born 99%. Huge baby. He looked 3 months at birth. I wouldn't worry much about it. They will monitor you closely and do a diabetes test on the baby once s/he is born. And probably you will have to do another diabetes test 2 months postpartum. At least in my case, they wanted to make sure they hadn't missed diabetes. I had tested negative for gestational diabetes. Just to control. I ended up being negative even postpartum and so was baby. Some kids just grow fast.

This happened to me 10 years ago with my youngest and he was 9lbs 13oz at birth. I’m praying if this pregnancy is healthy and goes to term I don’t have to do that again lol. Vaginal and natural birth for a baby that big is a nightmare 🤣
