12 months and breastfeeding
I’m a sahm and I exclusively breastfed for 12 months and still don’t mind breastfeeding more. Now that my daughter eats 3 meals a day she sometimes doesn’t want milk btwn 2-7 bc she sometimes naps 3 hours in btwn and then just wants dinner. Then nurse after.
should I pump btwn 2-7?
Also should I pump one more time before bed maybe 9-10?
