Need help!

I have been trying to get pregnant for 7 years now and I just feel like giving up! I know my God can do anything and if he really thought it was meant to be it would happen but it’s just so hard to keep my mind on the positives! I have been to my regular OB doctors several times and they have done test and can’t seem to find anything wrong. I want to go see a specialist but I have other health problems and I just can’t afford to go bc our insurance doesn’t cover any of that. I’m on a prenatal vitamin everyday! Do y’all have any suggestions on anything else I can do! I ovulate every month! I just don’t know what to do! 😥😥😥
