Do you make up your own "rules" for your TWW just in case?

For example, I make my husband clean the litter box, just in case. But I also will still eat sushi because "it could be my last time for a while" 😂
I keep picking and choosing which pregnancy rules to follow 😂 anyone else?

I don't have any rules. I just relaxed, drank as much as I wanted on vacation, visited all the dispensaries, and ate what I wanted. Thanksgiving came around and I got a BFP

First tww I didn't drink at all and I tried to follow all the rules on what not to eat and stuff. With each cycle I think I get more relaxed. I know they say it doesn't matter, but I still limit my drinking just in case and also I think its healthy for other reasons too but ill have one or two on occasion. I dont follow any other rules anymore.

No I drink,smoke and do what I want during the tww. Ttc is hard enough without following rules that don’t apply.
