Long story short, my fiance is very wealthy, buys ANYTHING he wants, so he is the absolute hardest person to buy for. I'm a SAHM to our baby girl and I tend to make him things instead of buy, like making a dinner date at home and cooking his favorite meal and baking his favorite dessert, etc. But I do thay every year, what else could I do for him/buy for him?

You could Airbnb and do a trip somewhere, tons of things that you can do, you know him better than we do. Hot air balloon ride, tickets to a future concert festival, concert, etc. power tools, etc.
