5 year old has chest pains

Today like at 5 in the morning my son woke up with a tummy ache 20 minutes later he threw up everywhere!! He threw up 3 times and when he woke up like at 10 am he had diarrhea maybe like 3 times he went to the bathroom. Hasn’t complained since no more tummy ache or vomiting, he did tell me he feels weird like he wants to “explode” after eating some food an hour ago, I’m guessing he feels bloated and now he’s complaining of chest pains. Could it be heart burn or acid? I’m waiting for my husband he’s almost home so we can take him to the ER cause now I’m worried what could make his chest hurt? 😕
