Fustrated…I suppose

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year. I’m new to this app (my sister recommended) but before I was using Flo. The ovulation dates are way different! I’m 25 and he’s 32. I have been to the doctor and everything checks out with me. But he’s nervous to get checked he wants a baby so bad. All of his friends are expecting and when they tell him the news you can see it on his face. Is there any tips or tricks? I was told preseed helps. I’m open to trying anything at this point!
