IB with BFN

Looking for advice!

I’m CONVINCED I had implantation bleeding between 5DPO and 7DPO with a fair bit of cramping. Following on from that I had nipple soreness and generally a lack of other AF tells that I’d have by now. I’m now at 11DPO and getting stark white BFNs, my nipples are back to normal and I’m starting to feel a bit of abdominal pressure like AF is coming. Is there still hope for me or should I just accept that if it was IB it didn’t progress and move on to thinking about next month?
