Ivf and low amh
Anyone else here almost 40 and trying for their first child? I have low amh and egg quality not great although I've been taking supplements. Did 2 IUI that failed and so far one IVF...5 retrieved, all mature, 3 fertilized and made it to blast, but 2 were abnormal and 1 was mosaic. Starting round 2 in January and starting to lose hope. Anyone in a similar situation or with a success story?
