3 year old on xbox

Please no judgement, I just need advice 😔

My son is 3 years and 6 months old, his always been good with playing with toys, doing crafts, going outdoors etc. 2-3 weeks ago I had a c section and was in the hospital for 2 weeks due to an infection in me and baby, my husband seemed to be doing really well looking after our son (well from what he was saying anyway), my son did mention playing roblox on the xbox but was told it was just some innocent games. I've been home for almost a week now and my son doesn't want to get off the xbox! He wakes up asking for it and if I try get him off, he would scream, he can spend all day on it and it's stressing me out, I want to just throw the xbox out the window at this point! Thing is he doesn't even need help with it, he can run to it, turn it on himself and start roblox, his real good with it too, doubt anyone would even know its a toddler 🤦🏼‍♀️ talking to him and trying to redirect his attention to something else doesn't work, his not interested in anything else anymore, doesn't even want to go to the park 😔 really makes me wonder how much time he spent on the xbox while I was in the hospital 😪 anyone got any advise for this? His really obsessed
