When did your kid drop their nap?

My almost 2 year old has been making nap time very difficult. We think she's close to just dropping it completely. What age did your kids drop their one nap?

Around that age my daughter fought naps and I pushed them anyway, a few weeks later she fell back into her normal nap routine. She dropped her nap between 3-3.5 yrs old

2 years old and I hated it! 
I managed to do an hour of “quiet time” until 2.5 then he gave that up too

Mines 2.5 and doesn't nap much - maybe once a week. We've always continued offering though and now call it Quiet Time. She plays in her room for 2 hrs and sometimes naps if she feels like it. She can make it to bedtime with no issue so I don't push it.

My son was about 2 years and 3 months old when we finally dropped the nap. We tried for months to keep it. We finally resorted to quiet time in his crib. That time got shorter and shorter. Then we did quiet time on the couch. That time got shorter and shorter until one day, we skipped all of that. Surprise to me, his behavior improved almost instantly and him going to bed was no longer a struggle. Every night he is asleep within a couple of minutes and sleeps for 12 hours straight. We are now a year later and he still doesn’t nap and overall it’s been great for him and us.

My 3.5 yo still occasionally takes a nap. It's all in their activity level/growth spurts. It also depends on if they are in daycare as well. Yours may need a few days without a nap and just put them to bed a little earlier. Next week you might see they need their naps again!

My 2.5yr old still has an afternoon nap. He sleeps best when he's had an active morning . Usually 1.5-2hr

My almost 4 year old still naps daily besides the 2 days a week he attends daycare because he gets too distracted there lol but when he gets home those days he is EXHAUSTED! Lol
