Pregnancy + prolapse

Looking for anyone that’s gone through pregnancy with a prolapse / prolapses. I was diagnosed with stage 2 cystocele , rectocele , uterine prolapse , and stage 1 enterocele, after the birth of my second child in November 2020. I just found out I’m pregnant a few weeks ago, today my prolapse is starting to feel quite uncomfortable, feels heavier than it has before. Hoping to hear of anyone’s experience of prolapse while pregnant, and delivery with prolapse (first urogyn I met said I got pregnant again that I would need a c-section but my current urogyn never mentioned this) thanks !!
