Should I be worried that my 5.5mo is not rolling yet?

She absolutely hates tummy time so i do my best to get it in here and there throughout the day. She does plenty of floor time on her back and she rolls to her sides but she hasn’t done the whole roll yet! Any tips on how to help her?

My son is 6 month and started to roll on to his side when he was 5 months, he has nearly done the full roll but his arm gets in the way. He also hates tummy time so I just put him on his back on the floor and put toys to his side so he has to roll if he wants them. 
I wouldn't be worried if your little one aint rolling yet..

Hehe no. This was me. My baby didn’t roll until like 7 months and then walked at 9 months. Every baby is so different.

No worries at all. There’s a wide range of normal! Lots of tummy time helps, put her in front of a mirror to distract her during tummy time, move a really high-reward toy (something she loves, something flashy or musical) up in an arch over her head so she looks even further up and starts reaching (supporting her body with one arm only), etc. Check out @kinactive_kids on Instagram. She’s a pediatric physical therapist and has lots of great advice.

My son wasn’t rolling tummy to back until he was about 5 months old and idk when he did back to tummy but it was probably closer to 7 months. Definitely not a concern! 
Also, for tummy time, sometimes it hurts their chest or arms. So try putting her chest on a pillow (SUPERVISED), across your calves cause they’re low, or across a boppy pillow.

No you shouldn’t be worried and most babies hate tummy time. Just let things flow.
