4 month old so fussy

Idk what’s going on with my baby. All of a sudden she’s just crying a lot. I’m trying everything I can sometimes a bottle helps for five minutes but then she’s back to crying. I don’t know what’s going on I also have a 22-month-old who needs attention so there is just a lot of crying lately. I don’t know why my four-month-old is becoming extremely fussy all of a sudden. Anyone else?
