Need advice! Horrible cramping

Hello! 16 weeks! For about 1.5 hours now I’ve had some on and off intense cramping. So bad it made me throw up 10/10 pain. Well I called the on call doctor and he was so rude and acted like it was fine, which means he’s the doctor I’d have to see if I went into the womens er we have here. He told me that if it was an actual problem that it would be getting worse and not staying the same pain and letting up every now and then. But honestly I don’t think the pain could get any worse! Not really sure what to do?! I really don’t want to see him but don’t know if I need to go in. I feel like if I go in he’s not going to take me seriously and not help me
