HOW?!

I work at a daycare/learning center. I have the Infant class… well I’ve had it for the last 3 years. Im usually responsible for 4-5 babies.. ages 2 weeks to 18 months…. Ive had only 2 times where a child has gotten diaper rash under my supervision.

There is a baby at work… he’s new.. been there for a month… the whole assssss month he’s had a diaper rash, I did a report on it but I haven’t heard back. Yesterday his bottom was so bad… it looks like he has blisters. When he arrives at daycare I automatically change his diaper and I’ve never seen diaper rash cream on his bottom..

Sorry just venting I’m pretty pissed at his mom
