Should you tell the person you’re dating about ur past?

I had an abortion when I was 16, and I lived a very wild lifestyle. I am 25 now and I am a positively changed person. Every man that I have dated, after I tell them about the abortion and my previous lifestyle, for some reason the relationship just never works out. Now I’ve met another guy who I am really digging… it’s only been a few weeks with him. Should I tell him about my past or it shouldn’t be his business? I don’t know what to do
