Doctor frustration

So I called my doctor's office to book an appointment for a full std panel. Spoke with the receptionist and told her I'm having discomfort and found a small bump on my labia that's concerning. She told me I'm not due for a pap smear till next year, like that's not the same thing but thank you. She spoke with my doctor and said to just put a warm compress on it for 2 weeks!

Like I'm frustrated with my doctor this isn't the first time she's not really listened to what's happening and how I'm feeling. I know she's a doctor but still. Does anyone have any advice?
