Child support

Hi there so I have a 3 year old with my ex he’s not on the birth certificate we broke up when our baby was 1 and 3 months I am 30 so I wasn’t planning on dating or having anymore kids so I put him on child support and I receive $200 dollars we broke up December 2019 and I am currently pregnant 8wks i took a plan b but didn’t work I guess will I get in trouble for having him on child support and getting pregnant of him we do not live together and this was the first time we hung out and things happened what can I do I live in California thank you
