Someone please help me 😓

So yesterday I guess I strained kinda too hard while pooping and after it came out my butthole hurt which at first I wasn’t too worried about but it hurt to wipe and throughout the day it was painful to sit, walking felt weird and bending in a certain way made it hurt and it even felt itchy too. Then I decided to just take a look and see what’s going on and immediately could see something is off with how it looks .. at the top of it there’s what, to me, looks like a skin tag?? But I don’t think it is cuz how can it just appear in one day? I guess I need it add a picture because it’s hard to describe. It’s not red in color it looks like my skin but it hurts so bad if I touch it. Is this a hemorrhoid? Idk please someone help me should I see a doctor? My OB ? I’m also 15 weeks postpartum
