Is it possible to get pregnant from this?

Hi so I’m in my mid- teens and i have not been sexually active in 6 months and im not on any birth control. My moms pretty over protective so I have to see my boyfriend in a public place. On my cycle day 10 I gave him a hand job and stopped right before he came. I did the game thing on cycle day 19. Then he was fingering me and so forth. But is it possible that if I had pre cum on my hand and then touched down there that I could be pregnant? Normally I wouldn’t be worried about this, but right now I’m on cycle day 24( I have a 28 day cycle) and I’ve been nauseous for the past day and I just have this sick feeling in my stomach. I also have a metallic taste in my mouth. And I have a big breakout on my forehead( which is normal before my period, but it happened earlier than normal).
