1 month old in critical condition/ first period

TMI BAD BLEEDING.My baby is in very bad condition at children's hospital in Atlanta Georgia. We live 3 hours away. I haven't seen him open his eyes since Friday when we went to the ER.

FRIDAY was also the day I started my first period . It is soooooo heavy. I know they say one pad in one hour is the rule but its sometimes a guess. Sometimes it could be from 1 to 2 hours but 4 hours is the max and thats with pretty much soiling myself in a very long size 5 overnight pad. Yes the ones that are pretty much like diapers . I'm no stranger to periods after babies being worse but I figured it would have died down by now. What I mean is sometimes my pad will be clean for up to an hour but I still feel the gushing cause the blood is just sitting there slightly inside of me if I go wipe the to is full like a murder scene. Literally drenched. Sometimes I feel the gush immediately and can only wear my pad up to two hours at the most. This is a children's hospital so idk what to do I don't want to leave my baby hes in really bad condition 😔 something I don't even want to say or think of. Idk if I should just wait it out and hope it slows down or what...please help. I'll be 6 weeks pp on Thursday. I know its not pp bleeding cause that already stopped and went to yellow Lochia at about 4 weeks. This is my 3rd baby
