Cluster feeding or using me as a pacifier

Hey guys, my LO is 3 weeks old and he is starting to eat every hour for 45 mins to an hour. My question is, is he cluster feeding or using me as a pacifier? For the last 20-30mins he doesn’t gulp and sometimes I feel like I’m going to go crazy so I break the latch and give him a pacifier and he goes straight to sleep! I’m so exhausted and he’s gaining weight/ has full diapers every hour- two hours. Help this exhausted mama please 😫
