Beyond uncomfortable at 27 weeks

So over the past 3 hours or so I’ve started getting very uncomfortable I’m 27 weeks today and baby boy has been non stop moving I feel little thumps non stop at the very bottom of my abdomen so I’m assuming he has hiccups or something . It literally feels like my insides are being flipped around and played with . Pic below of how my stomach currently looks . You can clearly see the outline of his body and I feel what I believe is his head way down below literally in between my hips .
