⚠️ TMI MISCARRIAGE ⚠️ Sac?

Is this the sac? I have had strong cramping that felt like contractions. Once this passed, so did the cramps.

ETA : I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum at 7 weeks. I took pills to help start the process but that was a month ago. I went in yesterday to the er and they confirmed the sac was still in place and I yet to miscarry. This has been going on since a week before thanksgiving. I’d be 11 weeks now 😭
