She posts like 90% of her tips online anyways, other sleep consultants are cheaper and just as great (just not as broadcasted), her videos are annoying haha (IMO)

Hard pass. I did buy the courses but turns out that leaving my baby to cry for any extended amount of time and refusing them comfort was not something I’m interested in doing 🤷‍♀️ I was all for sleep training until I did some deeper research on it and read up on other perspectives. 
And please for the love of everything don’t do the extinction method.

You don't want to hear this. Everyone will attack me. But it's the truth: don't pay for her services. Do extinction around 5-6 months. 
We used extinction on both our kiddos. Our pediatrician recommended it and I thought he was a wacko. But it saved our sanity. The key is to doing it properly. I read 4 sleep training books and did actual research before I decided. 
Sleep training when done properly is perfectly safe! It does not harm your child physically or mentally. In fact, you'll likely see a much happier kiddo once you do it. 
Both my kids sleep 12-13 hours a night, and I get a full 8 hours. It's magical. Everyone is happy and rested.

@Irina here are some of the books I read and found useful. Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child is focused on extinction, I believe. The Informed Parent is great because I just love evidence-based anything, as a clinician.  Hope this helps!

My friend sent me a few of the courses and most of it was online anyway. There were just extra tips in the paid courses- nothing was make it or break it. I guess the sleep stuff helped, but it’s not like she’s the only one who has those recommendations. I also wouldn’t give my money to someone who writes checks to trump if there’s another way to get that same info 🤷🏼‍♀️

Eh. Some friends have used her, they didn’t really feel it was worth the money. There’s also been some controversy around her, if that’s something that matters to you. It should come up with a quick Google search.

Wow I guess I’m actually an unpopular opinion but it saved me and I thought it was 100% worth it! My daughter is 2 now and has slept through the night ever since 8 weeks old. I think if you start it as a newborn it’s totally worth it. Never had to do cry it out or anything. She stills sleeps through the night 12 hours and 2-3 hour naps.

Check out @heysleepybaby on Instagram. Your baby’s temperament is going to highly impact how any ST goes. My son is a highly sensitive baby, so TCB was a disaster for us. My friend has a more easy going baby and TCB worked great for her.
