Nanny gift ideas?

She is 62 and we’ve only had her working for us for a couple of months. No clue what to get her, thinking maybe just bonus pay?

I was a nanny for over ten years, worked for 9 families in that time (some overlapping, but most full time and all
over 25 hrs a week. many many more babysitting). A couple did nothing, a couple did bonus cash, a few did both and one family I worked for 6 years started doing a larger gift and a small gift picked out by each kid..
When you work that closely with someone, caring for their child, it can be nice to feel like they actually know you a little. My favorites were some bonus cash and a small gift. Nothing crazy, maybe a lotion/body wash, nail polish, a personalized goodie bag, etc. Just something you know she’ll use. And then whatever bonus you planned to give. Gifts picked out by the kids are always super sweet too! And they can be funny 🥰 If you feel like you don’t know what to get her, having the kids pick is an easy out, but still something she can hold onto and treasure that reminds her of your family. I still have some gifts from “my” kids, 10-20 years later.

I was just trying to figure this out as well!  I bought our babysitter a nice essential oil diffuser and a bunch of Doterra essential oils.  I also made a Christmas ornament with our baby’s picture in it for her.  I was considering a bonus as well, but have no idea how much of a bonus would be appropriate.
