Miscarriage?

I’m 6 weeks 5 days. Have had spotting that goes from pink to red to brown back to red and back to pink. Do have tiny clots sometimes, and have mild cramps. Have been wearing a pad for last two days with not a drop of blood on it. What do you think? And I have been in contact with my dr and monitoring the spotting. Give me the good the bad and the ugly experiences with this. Thanks
