HELP!!! DO I COMPLATE THE APPLICATION FOR TEMP DISABILITY BEFORE BABYS BORN OR AFTER??
I'm so fucking frustrated.
I know I get 12 weeks off for MLFC(SIMILAR TO FMLA)
AND 6 WEEKS OF DISABILITY.
I WAS TOLD THEY BOTH RUN CONCURRENTLY.
so do I fill out my disability forms BEFORE OR AFTER BABY IS BORN????
COWORKER told me she did it after her baby was born.
I was trying to do the application online but got lost because they're asking me questions like, " dates of hospitalizations"....
So dam confused .
