I had a miscarriage back in august and took me a while to get back to normal so wasn’t tracking anything, my period was 9 days late this month didn’t test because I didn’t want to get my hopes up but then it arrived 9 days late, I am juts finished it and bought ovulation tests to start tracking myself to see if my body is back to normal, I have just gotten a positive 4 days after my

Period can anyone help me please as I haven’t a clue what’s going on
