Need advice please 🥺

Very new to IVf. We had a stillborn twins in March and started trying again in may as per doctors advice. I have a 28 days regular cycle. Tracked ovulation through opks and till now no luck 😞 visited the doctor and hubby and I did tests she said everything looks fine for both of us. Doctor advised us to try naturally till December and still no luck. So planning on IVF as per doctors advice and starting in January. Very very nervous, can I please get some advice how long will this take and how is the journey for you guys ? Thanks for reading and replying to me. I really appreciate this 🙏😊
