Newborn isnt pooping?

Hey ladies, i noticed my 4 day old isnt pooping as much as he should. He is eating about 2oz/60ml of formula every 3 hours but his poops are small and far between. He is still peeing lots but he isnt having enough poopy diapers. He also has moderate jaundice according to the public health nurse so it worries me that he isnt pooping as much and isnt clearing it out. He has had a few poopy diapers in the last 24 hours but its such a tiny amount. Almost like he just poops a little when he farts and thats it. What can i do to get him to poop? I think im going to go to take him in to the doctors tomorrow to have him checked out because my husband and i are very worried.
