Boob tape?

Hi, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and all of my maternity clothes are causing issues with my nipples. I can’t wear a bra, too much discomfort and too much sensitivity and texture problems. I have nipple covers and boob tape, so they aren’t trying to fly away in the wind. I don’t know where to ask this, or what to do. Any suggestions?

Thank you! I’m somewhere between a 36DD and 38DDD I’m not really sure, never found a decently fitting bra so. I’ll try to figure this out. Still trying to figure out what tape and how to use it.

If it’s comfortable to use maybe use them. I have huge boobs 36H/I depending on brand and have been so uncomfortable. I went and brought gym tops or little camisoles and a surgical bra. My boobs were so sensitive until 22 weeks I couldn’t even have water in the shower run down them. Anything rubbing on the nipples or skin was like fire. I don’t think
I could have even used booby tape or nipple covers but try find something that works for
