applying for wic ???

my bf works and i don’t since i’m pregnant, we live with his parents and his dad is the only other person who works. i was wondering when it says to include everyone’s pay stubs who works in the house do i have to include his dads ? i feel that wic will think he makes too much for me to qualify even tho he wouldn’t be taking care of anything for my child only me and my boyfriend would be. is it wrong to leave out this info ?

update i’m not trying to fraud that’s why i’m asking ? my bf makes only 14 an hour if i put his fathers info it’ll seem like we can afford something when we can’t, i’m not relying on his parents.
