Infection 25 weeks preterm labor??

I recently went to the doctors and had a swab test done and found out I have a bacterial infection and yeast infection I’ve been having mild period like cramps throughout the day and I’m scared I’m gonna be in preterm labor, my doctor sent flagyl over for me to take for a week but it’s 11 at night and I can’t get it till morning cause the pharmacy is closed do you think I’ll be fine till tommrow morning?? And also how will I know if I’m in preterm labor will my water break???
