Going crazy !!!

My fiance supposed to be the "head of the house/rule maker" we both agree to not stay out for a long time i keep my word but somehow he think since he been away at training for the army for 6monthes he thinks he can stay out fo 9 hours and he thinks he dosent have to tell me where he is going  while i cant be out for more than two hours and he has to know where im going because if i didnt tell him he would get pissed  now hes always been this way even before he left i dont get mad wen he stays out that long because im trying to be a good fiance and not get on his case but since he been gone but its not fair because he gets pissed when im 30 mins late comming home what do i do ladies?
