Yeast Infection???

So I don’t have a picture but I can describe what it looks like. The dischargey stuff in my vagina is like white to almost and off white and it looks like toilet paper, but when you touch it it is like a paste. And then my vagina is itchy but not all the time, only after I wipe or touch it. Also it feels like there is cuts inside of my vagina, bc when I wipe there is a little bit of blood on the paper, but I’m not on my period or anything. But do y’all think it’s a yeast infection. Also is the AZO yeast plus a good option??
