i recently lost my virginity a few weeks ago & i don’t understand if sex is supposed to feel this way or not. putting the penis in hurts, & i feel pressure in my stomach while having sex. it’s really uncomfortable when the guy goes really fast. i’m really sore days after having sex… is the guy being too rough or is this normal??

Is he using any lube?? If not, I would strongly advise lots of lube and don’t be shy, tell him if it hurts you or makes u uncomfortable, when I lost my virginity the guy always went so fast and it would hurt so I had to tell him to go slow and be gentle, guys get so excited and a lot of the time they go fast bc it feels good they don’t know it hurts until u tell them. 💗

I've felt this before. I always put it down to my cervix was low due to ovulation (never confirmed with anything, just a guess because it would always be that weird pressure pain sometimes). Try different positions and see if it makes a difference. I found doggy made it hurt more, being on top was a little better since you can control everything. Try foreplay. Just experiment and go slow. I need to "stretch" to accommodate sometimes, so we I control going in and starting off going slow initially.

it took me about a year or so to genuinely enjoy the feeling , losing your virginity is never fun the first couple handful of attempts. it’s gonna hurt for a bit. it’ll get better! communicate w your partner and tell him to slow down as well.
