Exercising during pregnancy
Hey Everyone!
So I recently just found out I am pregnant. I want to start working out to get my health in order but knowing I am pregnant I want to push for this goal even more.
In my last pregnancy I gained 50 lbs.. I am only 5’1” and my starting weight was 150 lbs. By the end of my pregnancy I was bigger than I could have imagined.
Does anyone have any exercising tips?
