Belly binders , girdles etc . Do they help?
Hi all, I’m 6 weeks pp and wondering if it’s worth getting a girdle or anything to help with my pp belly.
Has anyone tried anything? I haven’t used one yet so hopefully I didn’t miss the window of using it .
