Freaking out! Need Advice

Just made 7 weeks yesterday. Have had light brown spotting off and on that started about 5/6 days ago. Today it was a little darker and I’m freaked out because I’m afraid to have another miscarriage. Calling my doctor in the morning since there is no cramping. Has anyone ever experienced this and end up with a healthy pregnancy?!?
