Light pink blood found on tissue after wiping (week 19)

I am not sure if this is considered spotting. I was in the comfort room to take a pee and when I'm done, I used the videt to wash my vagina with water. The pressure from the videt wasn't too strong so I used my hand to help with washing, I may have scratched a little. When I wiped it with tissue, there I've found the light pink color. I took a photo of it and I am sharing it here.

Can someone please advise if this is considered spotting or is this something that I need to worry about? I have fetal doppler so I checked and I can still hear my baby's heart beat.
