Don’t know what they mean by “he doesn’t look normal”

Everyone has told me my bf doesn’t look normal. I have no clue what they mean by this or if they know something I don’t.

My mom and dad told me he doesn’t look normal.

My uncle and aunt told me he doesn’t look normal.

My grandma told me he doesn’t look normal.

His cousin told me he doesn’t look normal.

His uncle told my uncle to tell me he isn’t normal.

My bf’s mom even tells me “you can do better”

The things is that these comments are coming from people who I know genuinely care for me. Idk what they mean. I ask and they just tell me “with time you’ll learn”

Except one aunt told me “does he do drugs? He’s always out of it” well he smokes weed but I don’t think it’s enough for people to be concerned about me

My bf looks healthy but he does have anger issues. Idk if that’s what they’re referring to. Anyone had this experience and turned out they were right? What did they mean?
