Please help

Good day to all! I just had sex today with my boyfriend around 3:00pm. We did it with a condom. I’m not a virgin but I’ve only done it once before. I haven’t done it in over two years so this is my first time in a while. There wasn’t much foreplay to begin with and we kind of rushed into it. It hurt when we were starting but after a while, it got easier and started to feel better. My boyfriend pulled out and said that there was blood and it caused me to freak out because it was dripping. I continued to bleed for at least 15 mins before it stopped. Let me remind you, I’m not a virgin! I started to think it was because we were going rough and that caused the bleeding. What do you ladies think? Please be kind, I’m eighteen. My first time was when I was 16 and I was forced. I haven’t had sex since then until now.
