Ttc after miscarriage that happen in june 2021

I would like to know success stories with letrozole. I got pregnant last time with fertility Help. I have PCOS n I took letrozole n had times intercourse for 5 months n then the 6th cycle I was pregnant but end up having miscarriage at 17weeks. But I was on 2.5mg of letrozole. N after my loss this cycle I’m starting fertility treatment again n dr had increased letrozole from 2.5mg to 5mg. Will I have chances to get pregnant faster ? Like 1st cycle or 2nd at least or it’s same as 2.6mg? Can some plz tell me if someone took 5mg n they got pregnant sooner than 2.5mg ?
