TTC with endo and bicornate uterus

So a lil background info, I’m 20 turning 21 in a couple of months and my husband and I have decided to start TTC. A big reason of why I want to start at this age is because of my endometriosis and bicornate uterus (heart shaped uterus). I’m extremely scared and struggling to be hopeful. I had a lap and D&C last December to remove all the endo possible and immediately got on Orilissa which lowers estrogen and so you don’t really ovulate but as of today I’m stopping it but I’m unsure how long it will take for my cycles to get back to normal. Just wanting to hear yalls stories if you’ve gone through anything similar!
