What would you do in this ring situation?

So my ring lost two side stones. The stones are Moissanite and metal 14k rose gold. I have only had my ring a few months and those two stones fell out already. Do you think it’ll keep happening? Would you get it fixed or buy another ring a solitaire so I don’t have issues with the small stones? I checked around and it would cost $100 just to put the stones in and $35 each prong if it’s needed. It could possibly be up to $380 just to get it fixed that’s how much my ring cost in total when he bought it.. I’m considering buying a ring that’s less than $200 a lab created white sapphire in sterling silver from italo or joancee because I’m afraid my current ring will keep having issues and that’ll be expensive to keep fixing. I don’t want a diamond can’t afford it anyways and I know Moissanite and sapphire are the next on the mos scale of hardness and still can last a lifetime. I really like rose gold and would have to give that up for sterling silver but I know it should last still. I have a ring I been wearing every day for years in sterling silver and it’s still holding up with no tarnish. My engagement ring is from out of the country so it’s not a good option to send it back because it wouldn’t be covered if it got lost in the transit. And I don’t have time to wait on that it took months just to get it and my wedding is coming up.

Well I went to a few stores today and they all told me they won’t fix Moissanite if they don’t sell it they won’t fix it so I think I’m screwed anyways with getting it fixed.☹️
