Help mamas please! Breastmilk issue

My baby was born the Dec 28th and when she went for her jaundice check up they said she does have it but to just keep breastfeeding and have her get some sunlight. There’s no sunlight anywhere near us for a bit. It’s been raining for the past few days.

She also lost weight. She was 8pounds 5 ounces. Now she’s 7 pounds and like a few ounces. I’m freaking out because they said she’s lost 10% of her weight. She’s been sleeping ALL DAY I’m trying to wake her up and I keep breastfeeding but I’ve been pumping in between and I see that I don’t make enough breast milk I don’t even make an ounce with both breasts. I’m so sad and concerned for her.
