Question

Has anyone ever experienced this? Whenever my SO and I have sex in missionary or doggy style positions, I always get the urge to poop because I feel like his thrusts are hitting my rectum. I never experience this from the side or while lying on my belly. HELP PLEASE!!!! My guy loves doggy style but I hate it since I can't focus because I feel like I'm gonna shit myself.

Hi there! I’m a trained peer educator for a sexual health clinic. There could be a few possible reasons for this and ways to fix it:
~ If you regularly suffer from constipation, these positions might cause more discomfort just from the way your partner’s penis is hitting the rectum. If you already have fecal matter built up in there, the blunt stimulation of doggy/missionary position can cause more discomfort. Solving the constipation then may solve the discomfort.
~ Your rectum/vagina may just be placed in a way that makes these positions uncomfortable. Having your partner thrust more shallow or slower may help when doing these positions.
~ Your pelvic floor may need some strengthening to help stop this sensation. Giving birth, having chronic constipation/diarrhea and other things can cause this. 
There are other things that could be causing this, but I’m not a doctor and can’t speak to those! I can only make some educated guesses from my own training.
Some things to try and fix this on your own could include:
~ Solving any gastrointestinal issues you already have
~ Having your partner thrust slower/more shallow in these positions 
~ Emptying your bowels before sex. This could include douching (using an enema) in the rectum before doing these positions.
~ Seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist 
And of course, if the problem persists, see your doctor! There are plenty of ways they can help you solve this issue.
